The collection
We are starting with two products from Armenia and intend to widen the range over time.
Armenia, where we begin.
Our first sourcing origin is a country of orchards, high plateaus and long farming traditions. The apricot's botanical name, Prunus armeniaca, still points back to it.
Other origins and categories are part of HAYAN's plan, always with the same approach: know the producer, know the product, document both.
