How we approach quality, and where each practice stands today.

How to read this page

We separate what is in place from what is planned. Practices are marked as planned until HAYAN can document them. We do not display certification logos that have not been verified.

In placePlannedTo be confirmed
  • Producer selection

We intend to work only with producers we have assessed directly: their orchards or facilities, their practices and their ability to supply consistently.

    Planned
  • Product traceability

Each lot is meant to be traceable from the producer to the delivery, with lot references carried through the documentation.

    Planned
  • Laboratory testing and documentation

Laboratory analyses and supporting documents are a requirement for professional buyers. The tests, laboratories and reports for each product will be listed on its page once confirmed.

    Planned
  • Packaging considerations

Packaging is chosen to protect the product in transit and suit wholesale handling. Cartons of 10 kg are the initial example format.

    Planned
  • Import compliance

Imports into the EU follow customs, plant-health and food-safety rules. HAYAN will document how each shipment meets them.

    Planned
  • Quality control approach

Checks on receipt and before dispatch, with records kept per lot. The detailed protocol is being formalised.
